Update on Track Workouts

We are trying to get track workouts started again. We had a decent group out last week, so we'll try again.

We are going to alternate days every week and see how that goes. the schedule as of now is:

  • 1st and 3rd Thursdays at 6:30 pm
  • 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 6:30 pm

So, that means this Wednesday at 6:30 pm and next Thursday at 6:30.

Meet at the high school track unless there is a sporting event on the football field, then go to the middle school track.

These workouts are friendly for all abilities. You can run/walk, jog or do speed work and enjoy the company of other runners.

Track Workout

Join me for workouts at the track. Great for all levels: do speed work, jog around, or work up to that mile.

Wednesdays, 7 pm, HHS track (if there is a sporting event going on, go the middle school track instead).

I plan on this being a regular thing and we'll try to get some other workouts going, as well.
