Sorry for the lack of workouts and communication this week. Summer is here!
We will have a run at 7 am this Saturday. Meet at Classic Sports.
Also, let me know what you want in other workouts. Do you still want Tuesday and Thursday 5:45 am runs? Tuesday 7 am run? Saturday 7 am run? Wednesday 6:15 pm track workouts?
We are thinking of swimming in the lake on Wednesdays around noon and in the pool Fridays at noon.
And when do you want to bike? I can bike on weekdays in the morning from 6:45 until about 8.
Just let me know your interest in workouts.
