Workouts for the week of May 25

wednesday 5/27 - 4 pm - open water swim. meet at the sign before the entrance or at the beach. let me know if you are coming so i know to look for you.
thursday 5/28 - 6:15 am - track workout with tom at hhs
thursday 5/28 - 8:45 am - track workout with elizabeth at hhs. dennis from leeds, a former running coach, will also be there and is very willing to coach anyone who wants it. he has some great tips and advice, so come and meet and run with him.
saturday 5/30 - 9 am - st george tri club is having an open water swim and bike at sand hollow. i would like to go, if anyone else is interested and wants to let me know.

We are going to try to do some more workouts this week. Hopefully, some of you will join us. And let us know what works for you. We will try this set-up for a week and see how it goes. If other days work for you, let us know and we can see what we can do.

  • Tuesday 5/12 - 6:30 am - Bike ride. Meet at Over the Edge Sports (corner of 100 south and 100 west in hurricane).
    Quentin, if you don't want us to meet there, just let me know.
  • Wednesday 5/13 - 6:15 am - Track workout with Tom. HHS Track.

  • Thursday 5/14 - 9:15 am - Track workout with Elizabeth. HHS track.

Quentin at Over the Edge Sports was also going to start up a Thursday night road ride. When I get details, I will pass it on.

I would like to do an open water swim at the Sand Hollow. If there is interest in that, let me know.

If there is anyone who would like to lead Saturday morning runs, that would be awesome, It is too hard for Tom and I because of our kids and we just get the runs in when we can, but I think there is interest in a group run. We just need a coordinator. Let me know if you would be interested in doing that.

And lastly, if there are other workouts you guys are doing that you think others might be interested in, let us know.
