Workouts for the week of july 9

Wednesday 8:30 am Track workout HHS track
Thursday 5:45 am Track workout HHS track
Saturday 6 am Run Classic Sports

I'd be interested in a ride or swim this week as well. I could ride thursday or friday morning at 7, or earlier on friday. If you want to go, let me know.

We were thinking of running the Hurricane Half-marathon course on Saturday, alternating a mile fast with a 1 mile slow. We will meet at Classic and carpool up to the start. you can start as far up as you want and just run back to Classic. We may have a second group go at 8, so if anyone wants to run with me at 8 let me know. or you can all run with Tom at 6.
