workouts for the week of june 15

i am going to be out of town for half the week and tom will have the kids, so the workouts will be a little different this week.

monday: ride: 6:15 am: over the edge sports. come for a nice hour long ride.
tuesday: track workout 8:45 am. I can't do it on thursday, so it'll be tuesday again. hope that is ok.
Wedneaday: track workout: 6:15 am with tom. Tom can't do it thursday.
