We are going to try to do some more workouts this week. Hopefully, some of you will join us. And let us know what works for you. We will try this set-up for a week and see how it goes. If other days work for you, let us know and we can see what we can do.

  • Tuesday 5/12 - 6:30 am - Bike ride. Meet at Over the Edge Sports (corner of 100 south and 100 west in hurricane).
    Quentin, if you don't want us to meet there, just let me know.
  • Wednesday 5/13 - 6:15 am - Track workout with Tom. HHS Track.

  • Thursday 5/14 - 9:15 am - Track workout with Elizabeth. HHS track.

Quentin at Over the Edge Sports was also going to start up a Thursday night road ride. When I get details, I will pass it on.

I would like to do an open water swim at the Sand Hollow. If there is interest in that, let me know.

If there is anyone who would like to lead Saturday morning runs, that would be awesome, It is too hard for Tom and I because of our kids and we just get the runs in when we can, but I think there is interest in a group run. We just need a coordinator. Let me know if you would be interested in doing that.

And lastly, if there are other workouts you guys are doing that you think others might be interested in, let us know.
