Workouts for the week of June 30

Tuesday 5:45 am Run Classic Sports
Wednesday 6 am Ride (email Ty if you want to do this so she knows (tyclark_ut@yahoo.com)
Thursday 5:45 am Track workout HHS
Thursday Noon Swim Sand Hollow (Again, email Ty so she knows who will be there)

Both Ty and I will be out of town on Saturday. Does anyone else want to lead the run? If you do, let me know and I can get the details out. If not, we will see you next week.

Also, notice the change in track workout. It is too hot in the evening so we thought we would change it to the morning. I was thinking of adding a not quite so early morning track workout on Wednesday, sometime between 7:45 and 9. Let me know if there is interest in that one.
