workouts for the week:
tuesday: track workout, 6:30 am, hhs track
wednesday: track workout with tom, 6:15 am. hhs
thursday: ultra brick workout: 6 am. 1 mile swim, 40 mile bike, 8-12 mile run. either at quail or sand hollow. let me know if you want to participate and i will let you know which lake.
thursday: 6:30 pm, road ride, over the edge sports.
saturday: 17-10 mile run on marathon course. meet at 5 am at rezults fitness or vernon worthen park. this is with the souther utah tri club and wash rec center running club.
