here are the workouts for the week of august 3
wednesday, 6:15 am, hhs track, track workout (i changed it to wednesday this week for my schedule. if this doesn't work for you, feel free to still go on tuesday at 6:15. sorry for being selfish.)
wednesday, 6:30 pm, open water swim, sand hollow.
thursday, 6:15 am track workout with tom, hhs track.
thursday, 6:30 pm, road ride, over the edge sports
saturday, 5 am, first half of the marathon course run thanks to Cory. Contact him for more details (862-6521) or southern utah tri club is also meeting at rezultz fitness at 5 to run 18 miles of the course.
